Schedule Time with a Consultant

Using Calendly

Scheduling time with one of our consultants is both easy and convenient. Rooted Consulting uses an application called Calendly that allows our customers to view available blocks of time on our consultant’s calendars, see when there is mutual availability, and then schedule an appointment with one of our consultants. Appointments can be scheduled for both remote support and onsite support. Remote support is scheduled in 30, 60 and 90 minute blocks. Onsite support is scheduled in 1, 2, 4 and 8 hour blocks.

Step One

Step Two

Select the block of time that you are in need of our consultant. 

Step Three

Select the date and time  

Calendly will now show you available times that match the block you picked

If you do not see the time you were hoping for, the consultant already has something else booked during that time

Step Four

Once you confirm your time, you will be required to enter your name and email address

You’ll also see field to enter a contact number and a description field

After clicking Schedule Event, the consultant will receive a notification email and the appointment will be placed on their calendar. You will receive an email with a calendar invite.

Confirmation

On the confirmation page, you will see an overview of what you just scheduled, along with links to Rooted Consulting’s Service Level Agreement and Fee Schedule
