Using the Activity App

Let’s talk about the 3 rings in the activity app on your Apple Watch. The red for move, Blue for standing, and green for exercise. You can change what you want your goals to be right on you wrist in the Activity App.

Did you know you can use the Health app in iOS to track you data? Apple makes it easy to see your progress of how you are moving towards an active lifestyle with tracking your daily progress on your goals. With each milestone you can unlock badges of achievement!

Today we want to talk about how important it is to get out of your chair and stand up. it is a good practice to either set a reminder or if you have an Apple watch turn on stand up notifications. It helps to remind you that you need to keep active through your day.
